Obsessed

Have you ever been obsessed with someone? We are pretty sure that the answer to this question is yes!
We all have felt that strange feeling of having something in our mind hour by hour, minute by minute… and normally an obsession has a negative connotation, but we think that some obsessions can hide something really beautiful inside.

Well… if we talk about an obsession, one of the things that comes first to our mind is love. That’s exactly what Calvin Klein wanted to show us in London at the relaunch event of the iconic fragrance Obsessed that the brand created in 1985. This fragrance was inspired by the obsession that the photographer Mario Sorrenti had about his lover and muse Kate Moss. A collection of beautiful, delicate, and nowadays iconic photos were taken as a result of their passion and his extreme love about her. We actually can’t believe how lucky we were to see those pictures and the unpublished ones, those that never have seen the light of the day.

Take photos of someone is in a way to get that unique piece of a person, and that’s the most beautiful part of the photography, the one that we actually love. That’s why we perfectly understand the soul of this campaign. We got that involved, that it was impossible not to remember old pictures of us, pictures that were taken as well with a bit of that obsession feeling, love, imperfection and loads of enthusiasm
